Refund & Return Policy
At Sk Kollection, we are committed to providing premium-quality wigs and hair products while ensuring a professional shopping experience for every customer.
Please carefully review our policy before placing an order.
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped.
We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, lengths, textures, colors, and order details carefully before completing their purchase.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase only. After this cancellation window has passed, orders cannot be canceled, modified, refunded, or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

To assist with resolving the issue, customers may be required to provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item received
- Photos of the packaging if applicable
Approved issues may qualify for an exchange or store credit.
Returns & Exchanges
Approved returns or exchanges must be sent back to Sk Kollection within 5 business days of approval.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Unaltered and in original condition
- Free of makeup, glue, odors, or any signs of wear
- Returned in original packaging with lace uncut.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the incorrect item was sent by Sk Kollection.
Sk Kollection reserves the right to deny any return or exchange if the item does not meet the conditions listed above.
Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
- Wigs that have been worn, installed, altered, brushed, combed, cut, colored, or customized
- Wigs with lace that has been cut or tampered with
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom orders
- Pre-order items
Pre-Orders
Select products may be offered as pre-orders. Estimated processing or shipping timeframes for pre-order items will be listed on the product page.Please note that pre-order timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by supplier, manufacturing, or shipping delays beyond our control.Orders containing both ready-to-ship and pre-order items may ship together unless otherwise stated.
Payment Disputes
At Sk Kollection, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you experience any concerns regarding your order, we kindly ask that you contact us directly before filing a payment dispute or chargeback so we may work toward a resolution promptly and professionally.
