Order Processing

All regular orders are currently in hand and ready to ship unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.


Pre-Orders

Select products may be offered as pre-orders. Estimated processing and shipping timeframes for pre-order items will be listed on the product page.

Please note that pre-order timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by supplier, manufacturing, weather, or shipping carrier delays beyond our control.

Orders containing both ready-to-ship and pre-order items may ship together unless otherwise stated.


 U.S. Shipping

Sk Kollection ships throughout the United States using trusted shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL.

Estimated U.S. delivery times:

- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected)

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, or high-order volume.


International Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping to select countries.

Estimated international delivery times range from 7–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Please note:

- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

- Sk Kollection is not responsible for customs delays or international carrier delays once the package has shipped.


Tracking Information

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Information 

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping and billing information is entered correctly at checkout.

Sk Kollection is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delay Packages

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, Sk Kollection is no longer responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please note:

Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping carriers may occasionally experience unexpected delays during transit.

International orders may experience additional delays due to customs clearance procedures.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for the most accurate updates regarding your shipment.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier and check with household members, neighbors, or local postal facilities before reaching out to us.

While Sk Kollection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped, we will always do our best to assist customers with filing claims or locating packages whenever possible.
